Position Summary: Office Administrator

Location: Lake Elmo, MN 

Please note, this role is not eligible for remote work.

 

Description:

Landmark Wealth Management is a leading wealth advisory firm with offices in MN, WI and CA.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter with exceptional client service skills. In this role, you will perform clerical, reception, and administrative functions, as well as some project-based work for our high-volume offices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Client meeting preparation
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Managing firm mailings
  • Workshop preparation and follow up
  • Perform all other office tasks
     

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in client-facing role is highly desired
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of database management software
