Position Summary: Office Administrator
Location: Lake Elmo, MN
Please note, this role is not eligible for remote work.
Description:
Landmark Wealth Management is a leading wealth advisory firm with offices in MN, WI and CA.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter with exceptional client service skills. In this role, you will perform clerical, reception, and administrative functions, as well as some project-based work for our high-volume offices.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Client meeting preparation
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Managing firm mailings
- Workshop preparation and follow up
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in client-facing role is highly desired
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of database management software
