Position Summary: Client Service Associate

Description:

Landmark Wealth Management is a leading wealth advisory firm with offices in MN, WI and CA.

The Client Service Associate must possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about providing exceptional client service. The role also requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office. This role requires the ability to multi-task, as well as excellent computer skills using various programs/systems/applications.

 This is a support position and primarily non-client facing, however, the ability to interact effectively with clients via email, phone or in person is a requirement. Quality of work is a top priority of this role, with accuracy and timeliness being key measures of individual and team performance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • New Business & Service
    • Process new account applications
    • Handle day to day client service requests
    • Proactively resolve client inquiries
  • Client Meeting Preparation
    • Gather data to produce reports for client meetings
    • Assist advisors in scheduling, appointment reminders and post-meting actions
  • Financial Planning
    • Assist advisors with the creation of client financial plans, including data input and report generation for clients
    • Complete and distribute financial planning agreements for signature
  • Projects
    • Participate in or lead project teams as needed
    • Engage in opportunities to improve processes
       

Qualifications:

  • College Degree (experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree)
  • 2 years’ experience in a client-facing service or sales role
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid follow-up skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in financial services (Investment Management, Broker/Dealer, RIA) is preferred
