Position Summary: Client Relationship Associate
Description:
Landmark Wealth Management is a leading wealth advisory firm with offices in MN, WI and CA. We are seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join our growing team!
The Client Relationship Associate answers questions, provides solutions and proactively communicates to naturally deepen the client’s relationship with Landmark. They must possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about providing exceptional client service.
This is a key client-facing position, responsible for nurturing the client’s relationship with Landmark. The person in this role will be the primary contact for clients; in other words, they will be the face and voice of Landmark. Client experience is a top priority of this role, with client satisfaction, retention and engagement being key measures of individual and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound client service requests and inquiries with a focus on providing an easy and exceptional experience for our clients.
- Develop and administer a comprehensive proactive client communication plan that will increase communication touchpoints with our clients and increase the level of client engagement with Landmark.
- Facilitate the contact between clients and the Advisor of the Day when needed.
- Responsible for creating an annual review document for clients.
- Manage projects and other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to deliver exceptional service via phone, video and written correspondence.
- Highly organized person who can multi-task in a fast paced, high-volume office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively both individually and in a team setting.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions proactively.
- Excellent computer skills using various programs/systems/applications.
- Proficiency with MS Office products and CRM tools.
- Some basic knowledge of investment products (brokerage, mutual funds, insurance, annuities) is preferred.
- College degree preferred (experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree).
